About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager – Scrum Master to guide our agile development teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a leader who can effectively facilitate Project Management, Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Leadership & Facilitation:
Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) while mentoring teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. - Project Planning & Execution:
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and translate business needs into actionable backlog items. Oversee project planning, estimation, and delivery timelines while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and blockers. Ensure end-to-end delivery aligned with goals and budgets. - Communication & Collaboration:
Maintain transparent communication across development, business, and leadership teams. Coordinate effectively to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines. Conduct UAT sessions and facilitate user training as needed. - Quality Assurance & Deployment:
Develop and execute test plans, verify issue resolutions, and ensure quality standards are met before deployment. Plan and coordinate production releases to ensure smooth and efficient project rollouts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
- Proven experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Asana.
- Experience with design and collaboration tools like Figma.
- Strong command of Microsoft 365 and related productivity suites.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in risk management, dependency analysis, project planning, requirements gathering, backlog management, and user story creation.
Salary bracket: PKR 250,000 – 420,000 (based on experience and expertise)
