Digital Marketing Expert

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Expert to lead and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns, optimizing ROI, and leveraging analytics tools like Google Analytics to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize ad relevance and conversion rates.
  • Develop and manage ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing funnels in collaboration with the design and content teams.
  • Track and report key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions, etc.) and prepare performance dashboards.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, digital trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently to achieve optimal return on investment.
  • Collaborate with SEO, social media, and content teams for integrated digital campaigns.
  • Strategize and execute the Monthly Content Calendar.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in CS, IT, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing.
  • Proven success in managing Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong grasp of conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and remarketing.
  • Experience with budget planning and ROI-focused campaign execution.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.

Salary bracket: PKR 60,000 – 110,000 (based on experience and expertise)
