About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to help grow our international client base for IT, software development, and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international B2B sales, particularly in the technology sector, and a strong understanding of software service models and global outsourcing markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target international clients for custom software development, IT consulting, and digital marketing services.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate global markets (US, UK, EU, GCC, etc.).
- Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, and other platforms.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from initial contact and discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and support lead generation campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international B2B sales or business development in the IT/software services industry.
- Proven track record of closing deals with global clients in North America, Europe, or the Middle East.
- Sound understanding of software development lifecycles, outsourcing models, and technical terminology.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in tools such as CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and proposal platforms.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Salary bracket: PKR 150,000 – 250,000 (based on experience and expertise) + commission
